Neelamani MuthuKumar has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies.
Neelamani started their career at Fuller India Limited in 1993, where they worked as a Management Accountant until 1997.
From 1997 to 2000, they served as the Country Finance Controller at Olam International Limited.
In 2000, they were promoted to Head of IT & SSO at the same company, where they developed IT strategy and direction for global businesses.
In 2008, they joined Olam as the Senior Vice President, before being appointed as Group CFO in 2016.
In this role, they managed group management, financial reporting, legal compliance, global auditing, and regional finance oversight for Africa and the Middle East.
In 2022, Neelamani MuthuKumar became the CEO of Operations at Olam Agri, overseeing the company's operations.
Neelamani MuthuKumar completed an Advanced Management Programme in Leadership and Strategy at The Wharton School in 2015. Prior to that, from 1989 to 1991, they obtained an ACMA degree in Accounting and Finance from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. In 1988, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Physical Sciences from the University of Madras.
