Michal Nordmann has a diverse background in strategic communications and marketing. Starting in 2001, they worked as an Account Manager at Liquid Communications, where they developed a successful campaign for Virgin Mobile. From 2004 to 2010, they served as a Group Account Director at The Good Agency, specializing in ethical communications and managing a team of ten. In 2010, they joined Aish NY as the Director of Marketing and was responsible for rebranding the organization and launching the successful Bring Israel Home engagement platform. Since 2016, Michal has been working as a Strategic Communications Consultant at Michal Nordmann Consulting, advising companies on effective campaign strategies. In the same year, they also took on the role of Director of Global Brand and Marketing at Olami, where they oversee the organization's branding and marketing efforts.

Michal Nordmann attended Leeds University from 1998 to 2001, where they pursued a joint honors degree in Psychology and Management. Michal successfully attained a 2:1 degree classification in this field of study.
