We offer free private informational meetings to talk with you and your family to gather information about the services we provide before you need them. Our services are covered by Medicare, Medicaid and most third party payers. Our patients and families never receive a bill. And we work with your primary care physician to coordinate your care. We also offer opportunities for you to help support our mission. Volunteers are always welcome - with opportunities to visit patients, participate in organizing events or supporting some office functions. We also offer opportunities for you to contribute to our mission through financial support for our programs and functions that are not reimbursed by insurance. Without your ongoing support we could not provide the level of community outreach and education, technology support for our electronic medical record and communication devices, accounting systems and our palliative care consultation team, to name a few.
