Adrian Stones has a diverse work experience in human resources and people management. Most recently, they served as the interim People Director at Old Mill, where they supported the Board in achieving their growth plans. Prior to that, Adrian held the position of People Director at The London Clinic from 2015 to 2022. Adrian also served as the Human Resources Director at a Children's Charity from 2013 to 2015.
Adrian Stones has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Classics and Classical Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics, which they obtained from UCL between 1999 and 2002. In 2015 to 2016, they pursued a Post Grad Diploma in Employment Law at the University of Surrey. Adrian also completed a Diploma in Transformational Coaching from Catalyst 14 from 2020 to 2021. Furthermore, they are currently studying for a Level 3 degree in Counselling at Mary Ward Centre, starting in 2022 and ending in 2023. In terms of additional certifications, Adrian became a Professional Member of EMCC Global in May 2022 and obtained the status of Chartered Fellow CIPD from CIPD in May 2014.
