Terry Swann currently serves as the Global Director of Talent Acquisition at OLIVER Agency since November 2023. Previous roles include Head of Talent (interim) at Charity Link, where Terry led a team of eight during a transitional period, and Talent Acquisition Leader at TikTok, facilitating significant headcount growth from approximately 50,000 to 150,000. As Global Head of Talent Acquisition at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP, Terry was responsible for a center of excellence that delivered 2,000 annual hires.
