David began their career as an HR Placement Student at Brose, where they managed graduate recruitment and employment compliance. David then worked at Grass Roots as a Consultant, where they were involved in projects to redesign and deliver solutions to clients, such as Barclays and Seagate. David also gained experience as a Chairmans Intern, working on strategic projects and business research. After that, they worked as a Senior Researcher at PremierState, monitoring media and legislative publications and designing solutions for clients. David then transitioned into professional sports as a Professional Rugby Player for Rugby United NY. Currently, they are employed at Oliver James as a Senior Vice President, responsible for global underwriting, broking, claims, and legal recruiting.
David Shotton completed their education at Loughborough University. From 2005 to 2009, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Management & Geography, earning a 2.1 grade. Subsequently, they enrolled in a Master of Science program in Sports Management from 2009 to 2010, also at Loughborough University, and achieved a 2.1 grade for their degree.
