Mitch Trale currently serves as the Head of Platform Engineering at Omada Health and as a Board Member for the Finnish American Home Association, where participation on Communications, Membership, and Fundraising Committees enhances community engagement. Previously, Mitch was Partner and VP of Platform Engineering & Security at Startup.Security, focusing on securing digital products and infrastructure. Experience also includes leading infrastructure efforts at HackerOne, directing engineering at Dictionary.com for significant digital migrations, and co-founding PucaTrade, a successful SaaS marketplace with a substantial user base and revenue. Earlier roles include founding MCT, serving as CTO and co-founder at Collectively, and working as a Software Engineer II at Electronic Arts.
