Andrew Peacock, MBA, M.A., possesses extensive experience in customer experience management and continuous improvement within the Omaha Public Power District since May 2008. As the Manager of Customer Experience, Andrew leads initiatives to enhance the customer experience team and integrate learning design efforts.
