Erin Tedrick

Erin Tedrick is an accomplished strategic communications leader with extensive experience in employee communications and organizational messaging. Currently serving as Lead Employee Communications Business Partner at Omaha Public Power District since May 2020, Erin specializes in aligning communication strategies with organizational goals and enhancing employee engagement. Previously, Erin held the position of Senior Employee Communications Business Partner, contributing to long-term vision alignment and leadership effectiveness through data-driven insights. Prior roles include serving as Communications Strategist at CHI Health, where Erin advanced physician communications and organizational initiatives, and as Sr Communications Specialist at First National Bank of Omaha, focusing on strategic guidance for diverse employee needs.
