In this role, John identifies and addresses IT security vulnerabilities, manages partnerships, develops risk management strategies, and leads security training initiatives. Previous roles included Technology Manager, responsible for aligning technology with business needs, and IT Service Desk Manager, focused on service delivery and user support. John began as a Systems Administrator and PC Support Specialist, providing critical technical support. Academically, John holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from Bellevue University in Cybersecurity and Information Systems Software Technology.
