Tahir Mahmood

Tahir Mahmood has over 24 years of experience in internal audit, currently serving as Senior Manager Internal Audit at Oman Air since October 1999. Beginning as an Auditor, Tahir has advanced through various roles, demonstrating expertise in understanding corporate vision and key risks, evaluating risk management and governance processes, overseeing audit operations, and providing consultancy for project implementation and policy updates. Prior to Oman Air, Tahir worked as an Auditor at the National Drilling Company from January 1994 to August 1999. Tahir holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Bedfordshire and an MBA in Finance from Preston University.
