Ahmed Al-Kaf has work experience with Oman Airports Management Company and Dhofar Municipality. Ahmed started working with Dhofar Municipality in 2007 as the Head of the Lighting Section until 2012. Then, they joined Oman Airports Management Company in 2012 as a Senior Airport Systems Engineer until September 2018. From September 2018 till now, they have been working as the Head of Airport Systems in the same company.
Ahmed Al-Kaf obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sultan Qaboos University from 1999 to 2005. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including the Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in February 2023. Ahmed has also obtained various certifications in agile project management, business acumen for project managers, and project management in government projects and healthcare projects from LinkedIn in May 2022. Furthermore, they have obtained certifications in Scrum basics and Windows 10 organization from LinkedIn in May 2022.

The Company has also expanded it services to include the management and operation of the PDO regional airports in the oil concession areas of Fahud, Marmul, and Qarn Alam .
