Shannon Stanojevic

Shannon Stanojevic is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in workforce strategies and planning. Currently serving as Vice President at OMERS since July 2019, Shannon has held various leadership roles, including Director of Workforce Planning & Development and Director of Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to OMERS, Shannon spent over eight years at Oxford Properties Group as Director of Human Resources Business Partner and Manager of Human Resources, along with earlier roles at Canadian Tire and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. Shannon holds an Honours Bachelor’s degree from Western University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic.
