Tina Hu

Tina Hu is an accomplished professional in executive compensation and governance, currently serving as Associate Director, Executive Compensation & Special Projects at OMERS since July 2023. Prior to this role, Tina held positions at Compensation Governance Partners from February 2019 to June 2023, where responsibilities included Senior Consultant and Consultant roles. Tina's experience also includes a tenure at Korn Ferry from February 2017 to January 2019 as an Associate Consultant and Analyst, focusing on executive pay and governance. Earlier career experience includes financial analysis at SNC-Lavalin from September 2014 to February 2017 and a brief stint at Dominick Capital Corporation in 2013.
