Kristin Parm has been with Omniva since September 2016, serving in multiple roles including Sales Specialist, Key Account Manager, Client Manager, and Consultant, focusing on internal customer support and effective problem resolution for post offices. Prior to this, Kristin gained customer communication experience at ICC BALTIC from September 2015 to September 2016, where responsibilities included checkout operations and preparation of various beverages and ice creams. Kristin holds a High School Diploma from Kadrioru Saksa Gümnaasium, awarded in 2016.
