Chronis Lillis has extensive work experience in the finance and operations sector. Chronis served as the Chief Operating Officer at ONASSIS FOUNDATION since September 2019. Prior to that, from December 2014 to April 2019, Lillis worked as the Director of Operations at HELLENIC LOTTERIES, OPAP, where they achieved significant business targets and implemented operational process optimizations. From January 2010 to April 2014, they held roles at Coca-Cola Hellenic, serving as the Group Commercial Finance Manager and later as the Financial Services Group Manager. At Coca-Cola Hellenic, they introduced commercial finance concepts, conducted strategic planning, and managed key international customer agreements. Lillis also worked at Procter & Gamble Hellas from 2002 to 2005, where they served as the Customer Team Finance Manager and the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.

Chronis Lillis obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. Chronis attended this institution from 1993 to 1998. Prior to that, they pursued an MBA in Finance and Financial Management Services at ALBA from 1998 to 1999.
