Rick Beall is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, management, and military leadership. Currently serving as a Customer Service Executive Associate at Oncor Electric Delivery since April 2019, Rick has held various roles, including NCM Consultant, Developer Manager, Senior Designer, and Designer. Prior to this, Rick was Vice President at Best Choice Maintenance, LLC, where significant growth of sales to over $700,000 per year was achieved through quality control and SEO marketing strategies. Rick's military experience includes serving as a Sergeant in the United States Army from October 1998 to January 2003, where squad management and effective communication earned recognition as Soldier of the Month and Battalion and Brigade NCO of the Quarter. Rick is an alumnus of East Texas A&M University.
