Travis Kennedy

Travis Kennedy, P.E. is a seasoned professional in the electric utility industry with extensive experience at Oncor Electric Delivery since July 2011. Currently serving as the Western Distribution Operations Center Manager, Travis oversees a team responsible for the daily operations of the Electric Distribution Grid, including outage response and load forecasting. Previous roles at Oncor include Technical Support Manager, where Travis managed engineering and GIS teams to enhance operational tools, and Senior Engineer, focusing on new technologies in the industry. Travis also has a strong background in protective relay design and metering application standards. Earlier experience includes an internship at Oncor during which Travis contributed to NERC audits and performed power quality analysis. Travis holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
