Justin Schmidt currently serves as President and COO of Ondo Finance, a position held since 2023, after joining the company as an advisor in 2021. Previously, Justin was the Head of Strategy at Talos from 2021 to 2022, and held significant roles at Goldman Sachs, Seven Eight Capital, LMR Partners, WorldQuant LLC, and Merrill Lynch, accumulating expertise in digital asset markets and portfolio management. Justin began their career as a Software Developer at Lime Wire and gained teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Justin holds both an M.Eng. and an S.B. in Computer Science from MIT, earned between 2001 and 2003 and 1997 and 2001, respectively.
