Bobby Jackson is an experienced leader in community transformation and mental health care. Currently serving as the Senior Area Director for the United States and Latin America at One Collective, Bobby focuses on empowering communities through resource collaboration. As the Founder and Clinical Director of Rally Point Counseling, there is a commitment to improving mental healthcare practices. Bobby co-founded Rally Point Ministry, providing support for those in need, and has authored books addressing the challenges faced by students in ministry contexts. Previous roles include Licensed Clinical Social Worker at WELLSPRING CENTER FOR COUNSELING, Pastor at Christ Community Church, and various internship positions that highlight a dedication to social work and educational support. Bobby's education includes a Master of Social Work from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Youth Ministry from Moody Bible Institute. Active service as a Combat Medic in the Army National Guard further exemplifies Bobby's commitment to community and humanitarian efforts.

We send trained leaders into communities around the world who come alongside locals and listen carefully to their needs and strengths. We stick with communities long-term, caring for economic, physical, and spiritual needs. We search for the invisible, and our leaders bring people from the community and others together to help the oppressed.
