Shannon Nibarger, SPHR, currently serves in the role of HR - Organizational Development at ONE Gas since June 2023. With a long history in human resources, Shannon has also worked as the HR - Employee Engagement Manager at WeStreet Credit Union from January 2018 to June 2023 and as an HR Professional at Bank of Oklahoma from March 2010 to December 2017. Additionally, Shannon has coordinated United Way campaigns across various organizations since January 1996.
