Kate Rose is an experienced professional in customer experience and commercial management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at One Manchester since January 2022. Prior roles include Sales & Commercial Manager, where responsibilities encompassed first tranche shared ownership sales and leasehold management. Prior to this, Kate worked at Your Housing Group from May 2014 to January 2022, where achievements included leading commercial transactions and managing a diverse property portfolio. Kate also held various positions at Irwell Valley Housing Association, including Leasehold Manager, where management of leasehold and shared ownership properties was a key focus. Kate Rose holds a degree in English Literature from The University of Salford.
