Merrin Jensen is an experienced professional in production and operations management, currently serving as the Production Operations Manager at One of Us since September 2023. Previously, Merrin held various leadership roles including Operations Manager at Skeleton Productions, where responsibilities included supporting business operations and anticipating needs, and Project Manager at Workspace 1, focusing on key operational areas such as production and finance. Merrin's career also features significant roles at Method Studios as General Manager, overseeing post-production and client relations, and as Executive Producer at The Lampshade Collective, managing creative development and budgeting for multiple animated projects. Early career experiences include positions at MPC, Framestore, and Drake International, contributing to expertise in visual effects and project management. Merrin Jensen holds a Bachelor of Applied Geography from The University of New South Wales and a Film and Television Production degree from Northern Sydney Institute of TAFE.

One of Us is a Soho based studio founded in 2006 by co-directors Tom Debenham, Dominic Parker and Rachael Penfold. The company ethos is one of creative intelligence applied through filmmakers’ sensibility, with a focus on design and collaboration.
