Carla Fedele serves as the Senior Vice President of Property & Asset Management at ONE Properties since February 2024. Previously, Carla held various roles at Choice Properties from May 2018 to September 2023, including Vice President of Retail Asset Management for Western Canada and Vice President overseeing Western Canada Retail and Industrial operations. Prior experience includes a tenure at Canadian Real Estate Investment Trust from October 2007 to May 2018, where Carla advanced from Director to Vice President positions focusing on Alberta Industrial assets. Carla began a career at Cushman & Wakefield, serving as Director of Operations from September 1999 to September 2007. Carla is currently pursuing an Executive MBA from the University of Fredericton, expected to complete in July 2026.
