Moshe Yosef Hilel is an experienced technology executive with a robust background in municipal technology projects and system management. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at ONE Technologies since November 2017, Moshe has led initiatives for smart city projects in Ramat Gan, focusing on public infrastructure such as schools, streets, and public gardens. Responsibilities include addressing security camera challenges, establishing a new municipal command center with an integrated system for 1,500 cameras, and designing the Ramat Gan city council chamber. Prior to this, Moshe held the position of Senior Team Manager at Ramat-Gan Municipality from January 2000 to January 2017, overseeing a systems team in a server-rich environment that supported approximately 2,800 users and implementing dedicated software solutions.
