Sean Kendra

Sean Kendra is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at One Model, Sean has previously held significant positions including Vice President of Finance at Formstack and Vice President of FP&A and Corporate Development at Kyriba, where Sean also engaged in investor relations and portfolio company operations. Additionally, Sean has contributed as an Investor and Advisor at Legal Karma and serves on the board of directors at Cybera. Sean holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and has pursued further education at the University of Amsterdam.
