Al Zagaroli

Al Zagaroli, MBA, PMP, has extensive experience in customer success and project management within the software industry. Currently serving as AVP – Customer Success at OneShield Software since December 2012, Al has held various roles including Director of Client Services and Senior Implementation Manager, focusing on maximizing client value and managing software implementations. Prior experience includes HEDIS Director at ikaSystems, Implementation Manager at OneShield, and roles at McKesson as a Senior Clinical Systems Architect and Senior Development Manager. Al began the career as a Consultant at CSC. Educational credentials include an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business MIS/POM from the University of Rhode Island, along with a high school diploma from Classical High School.
