Sophie Bacha is a seasoned professional in privacy and data governance, currently serving as the Global Director of Professional Services at OneTrust since April 2018. In this role, Sophie oversees a team of 50 consultants implementing the OneTrust Privacy and Data Governance Cloud, providing strategic guidance to ensure efficient operations and achievement of performance metrics. Prior experience includes various roles in Professional Services at OneTrust, where Sophie successfully implemented the platform for over 50 customers and advised clients on privacy best practices. Before joining OneTrust, Sophie worked at Capgemini as a Senior Consultant, leading assessments for major telecommunications companies. Sophie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
