Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Global Vice President Sales at Sovos from October 2021 to January 2024, contributing to providing scalable tax and compliance solutions. Michelle's extensive experience includes Vice President Sales for Small Business at SAP Concur, where Michelle facilitated spend management solutions, and a series of leadership roles at BI WORLDWIDE, focusing on customer engagement and marketing strategies. Michelle began their career at the Arnold Group as an Account Executive and holds a BA in English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
