Helen Yin is the Co-Founder of onova, a company that provides innovative solutions to social and environmental challenges. Prior to onova, they were the Head of Open Innovation Offering at Capgemini, where they led a team that developed and implemented crowdsourcing solutions for clients. Helen was also selected as one of Crowdsourcing Week's Top 25 Under 25 Global Crowdsourcing Achievers in 2018.
