Melinda Haynes

Melinda Haynes currently serves as President and Senior Vice President of Product Management at Onset Financial, starting in January 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing customer experience and analyzing finance processes. Prior to Onset Financial, Melinda held the position of Senior Vice President and Director of Bank Operations at Zions Bancorporation from May 2016 to December 2017, managing a team of nearly 300 employees across multiple states. Melinda's earlier experience at Zions Bank spanned from September 1988 to May 2016, including roles such as Senior Vice President and Vice President, with a focus on operational support for numerous branches and successful project management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Utah, a Banking Degree from the University of Washington, and completion of the Executive Development Program at the Utah Bankers Association.
