Since May 2016, Jason has served as Director of Engineering at Ontic, where innovative solutions are emphasized. Prior to this position, Jason held multiple roles at Thermal Structures Inc. from July 2004 to April 2016, including Engineering Manager, Director of Engineering, and Project Engineer. Jason is currently an Executive MBA candidate at UCLA Anderson School of Management, expected to graduate in June 2024. Jason holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Energy from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Riverside.
