Rishi Gupta

Rishi Gupta serves as the Manager of Growth at Open Network For Digital Commerce (ONDC) since February 2023, focusing on a transformational e-commerce project initiated by the DPIIT, Ministry of Commerce. Prior to this, Rishi was a Senior Manager - Programs at Livspace from March 2022 to February 2023, where responsibilities included identifying platform gaps, conducting research on business models, developing algorithms for lead allocation, and implementing growth strategies. Rishi also worked at Zomato from May 2018 to March 2022 as a Manager of National Accounts, handling business growth and managing product offerings across India. Earlier experience includes roles as a Regional Account Manager at Infosys and a Senior Systems Engineer, where Rishi contributed to testing and client management, and an internship at Escorts Limited, focusing on R&D. Rishi holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology, Delhi.
