Jacob Bassetti has extensive experience in customer success and technical roles, primarily within the cybersecurity and education sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success for North America at Open Systems since December 2018, Jacob has also held positions as a Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Engineer. Prior to Open Systems, Jacob worked at Darktrace from June 2017 to November 2018 as a Cyber Technology Specialist and Cyber Engineer, where responsibilities included leading pre-sales discussions, facilitating installations, conducting threat analysis, and training partners. Earlier experience includes tutoring math and science for Paul the Tutor's from October 2016 to June 2017. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned in 2016.
