Lilian Steyvers

Lilian Steyvers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as adjunctdirecteur at Openbaar Onderwijs Groningen since May 2022 and as voorzitter bestuur dorpsvereniging Midwolde since March 2022, Lilian previously held the position of Manager at UMCG Centrum voor Revalidatie, overseeing care teams and a developmental program. Lilian has also served as Opleidingsmanager at Alfa-college, where responsibilities included leading educational teams, as well as working as a verandermanager for the Gemeente Groningen, managing significant transitions. Earlier roles include Sector Manager Groene Werken at Novatec and domeinhoofd groene werken at AOC Terra, highlighting a strong background in education and employment integration for those distanced from the labor market.
