Antonio Osorio is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Finance at Openbravo since July 2019, Antonio oversees corporate finance, financial management, accounting, and planning and analysis. Simultaneously, as a Corporate Finance Consultant at Kapital Value since July 2017, Antonio provides expert advice on financial feasibility, modeling, valuations, and negotiations. Prior roles include CFO positions at DR GROUP LTD and International Briquettes Holding, as well as significant contributions to Sivensa's financial planning and investment evaluation. Antonio holds an MBA in Finance from IESA and a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Design from Universidad Central de Venezuela.
