James Hodgson is an accomplished financial executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Opencast since November 2022. With a robust background in finance, Hodgson previously held the position of Group Financial Controller at BJSS from February 2021 to November 2022, and Finance Director at Mitrefinch Ltd from September 2018 to February 2021. Further experience includes roles as Financial Controller at Redcentric and Xeros Ltd., and UK Financial Controller at Reading Room. Hodgson began a career in finance as a Product Controller at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and served as Senior Accountant at RPG CROUCH CHAPMAN LLP. Academic qualifications include a Fellow Chartered Accountant designation from ICAEW and a BA in Accounting and Financial Management from The University of Sheffield.
