Irene Castro Sánchez

Irene Castro Sánchez has a diverse work experience in various industries. Irene started their career as a Programa RecURRA-Ginso at RecURRA-Ginso in 2013, where they provided therapy to families and individuals, as well as prepared reports. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at CONSULTA PSICOLOGIA as a therapist, specializing in family therapy and intervention program design. Irene then joined Fundación ANAR in 2017 as a Psychologist specialized in emergencies, where they provided intervention and legal guidance to minors at risk or in need of protection. Finally, Irene joined OpenSistemas in 2018 as a Talent Acquisition Expert, focused on sourcing highly specialized technical profiles in areas such as Big Data, Open Source, and Cloud for multinational corporations, SMEs, and institutions.

Irene Castro Sánchez began their education in 2009 at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where they pursued a degree in Psychology, completing it in 2015. In 2017, they attended Fundación ANAR, where they took a course to become a Specialist Psychologist in Emergencies. Between 2016 and 2018, Irene attended Universidad Francisco de Vitoria and obtained a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in HR Management at EAE Business School, which they started in 2018.
