André Luis Fauth Junior

André Luis Fauth Junior's work experience begins in 2002 when they worked as a Web Developer at SLG Comunicação until 2006. In 2007, they worked as a Web Programmer at Objetiva Informática until 2008 when they became an Analyst at Ricardo Eletro (Máquina de Vendas) for a brief period. In 2008, they also started working as a Software Engineer at TOTVS until 2009. From 2009 until the present, André has been working at Operand as the CTO, overseeing the development team, managing indicators and goals, as well as the company's cloud infrastructure. In 2018, they also worked as a CTO for Animind, a Y Combinator Startup School participant. In 2022, André became a franchisee at Go Coffee.

Prior to this, they obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Design Thinking and Creativity in Organizations from the same institution between 2020 and 2021. In 2019, André completed a Postgraduate in Business Management, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General at Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina. André Luis also holds an Associate's degree in Internet Systems Development from the same university, earned in 2017. In 2009, André attended Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina to study Tecnologia em Webdesign e Programação. André Luis completed their high school education at Colégio Cenecista José Elias Moreira between 1993 and 2002. André has also obtained several certifications in various fields, including Docker, React.JS, Vue.js, MySQL, Ubuntu Linux, LUA, PHP, UX e Usabilidade, Python, Android, and Sencha Touch 2.
