Prior to this, Nathanael worked at HelloFresh from September 2016 to March 2023, holding various positions including Customer Insight and Research Lead, Customer Experience Executive, and Customer Service Representative. Nathanael obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Goldsmiths, University of London in June 2020.
