Sean Kelly is a seasoned professional in the field of PCB design and engineering, currently serving as a Sr. PCB Librarian at Optimum Design Associates since February 2013. Prior to this role, a significant tenure at Honeywell Scanning & Mobility spanned from October 1995 to 2012, where Sean held various positions including Sr. PCB Designer, Library Manager, and EDA Administrator. Notably, a brief assignment as On Site Technical Lead took place in Suzhou, China, in September 2006, focusing on software deployment and training. Sean's educational background includes an Associate Applied Science Degree in Electronic Engineering Design Technology and an Associate Specialized Technology Degree in Computer Engineering Technology from the Pennsylvania Institute of Technology, as well as a High School Diploma from George Washington Carver High School of Engineering & Science.
