Muhammad Arsalan has extensive experience in customer support and technical roles within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Support at Optixfiber since January 2021, Muhammad previously held positions at Optix Pakistan Pvt Ltd. as Assistant Manager Customer Support and Team Lead Customer Support from April 2015 to January 2021. Prior to that, at Multinet Pakistan (Private) Limited, Muhammad worked as a Sr. Technical Support Engineer and Technical Support Engineer from September 2012 to April 2015, providing Level-1 and Level-2 support and managing technical queries related to data connectivity solutions. Muhammad's career began at PTCL as a Technical Support Analyst from October 2009 to September 2012, offering support for various products. Muhammad holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Karachi University, completed in 2008.
