Kaylan Alderson

Kaylan is equally committed to building relationships as she is thoughtful product strategies.

Before Optum Ventures, Kaylan served as a vice president at UnitedHealth Group. Kaylan spent most of her time at UHG on Optum’s Strategy and Partnerships team, where she focused on enterprise strategy and large-scale external partnership opportunities with strategic partners and clients.

Kaylan started her career at Goldman Sachs, where she worked for seven years as a vice president. While at Goldman, Kaylan was a member of the Women’s Steering Committee, the Goldman Faculty Board, and ran the analyst recruiting program for Williams College. She also co-founded the GS Female Athlete Network, a group focused on attracting and retaining female talent at the bank.

Kaylan left Goldman to become a partner at Triton Research, an early stage financial technology company providing data and analysis on private companies. Kaylan’s responsibilities at Triton included business development, product development, relationship management, sales, operations, and marketing.

Kaylan graduated Cum Laude from Williams College, where she majored in Economics and History.
