Natalie Radi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in member communications and integrated marketing. Currently serving as Senior Director of Member Communications at Optum since July 2018, Natalie manages consumer pharmacy plan communications across the UnitedHealth Group enterprise and collaborates on communication strategies that impact plan members. Previously, as Director of Integrated Marketing at Pinnacle Claims Management, Inc. from April 2013 to June 2018, Natalie developed integrated campaigns across multiple health benefit business lines.
