Currently serving as VP of Business Operations at Oracle, Allyson partners with the EVP for Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure to manage budgets, workforce planning, and program management within a global organization of 8,000 employees. Previously, Allyson held the position of VP of HR for the same division, where focus areas included integration and the development of new HR practices post-Cerner acquisition. With additional leadership roles at Stryker, Amazon, Medtronic, ING, and Interactive Business Systems, Allyson has consistently managed HR teams, supported organizational change, and contributed to successful integration and growth initiatives. Allyson holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources & Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.

Oracle also offers services to assist its customers and partners to maximize the performance of their Oracle purchases.
