Andres Angulo Belaunzaran

Andres Angulo Belaunzaran is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in corporate affairs, M&A, and legal operations. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at Orbia since June 2020, Andres holds multiple titles including Director Senior Legal Counsel and Senior Legal Manager. Prior to Orbia, Andres was a Legal Manager at AT&T and worked as a Strategic Advisor at the Consulate General of Mexico in San Diego, where responsibilities included providing legal and political guidance during international crises. Earlier experience includes positions at Abogados Sierra, S.C., the Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil, and Baker & McKenzie, focusing on aviation law and litigation. Andres holds a law degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a certificate in Transnational Law from the Center for Transnational Legal Studies.
