Maile Gilmore

Maile Gilmore serves as the Assistant General Counsel and Head of Global Employment Law at Orbia since March 2022, overseeing the global employment law function for the company's diverse commercial brands in various sectors. Prior to Orbia, Maile held the position of Director of Labor and Employment Law at Analog Devices, providing strategic legal counsel to human resources and senior leadership on employment law matters. Earlier experience includes Senior Employment Counsel for the Americas at Littler Mendelson, where Maile developed an innovative flat-fee administrative charge program, as well as serving as a Senior Attorney at Seyfarth Shaw LLP and an Associate at Stokes Wagner Hunt Maretz & Terrell. Maile holds a Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University.
