Praneeta Saboo

Praneeta Saboo is a seasoned professional in Total Rewards with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager - Total Rewards APAC at Orbia since November 2024, Praneeta previously held leadership roles at Lowe's India as Associate Director and Senior Manager in Total Rewards, managing compensation, benefits, payroll, and global mobility from February 2021 to July 2024. Prior experience includes managing Compensation and Benefits for Hudson's Bay Company and leading the Global Compensation COE at Western Union. Additionally, Praneeta has contributed to compensation frameworks at Max Healthcare as Senior Manager Rewards. Educational qualifications include a PGDM in Human Resources from Loyola Institute of Business Administration and a B.Sc(hons) in Food and Nutrition from J.D. Birla Institute.
