Richard Tatham

Richard Tatham is a Corporate Counsel at ORCA Computing, a position held since September 2021, following extensive experience in intellectual property law as a Senior Patent Attorney at HGF Limited from October 2016 to August 2021 and various roles including Patent Attorney and Trainee Patent Attorney. Prior to this, Richard served as a Technical Assistant at Kilburn & Strode LLP, focusing on drafting and prosecuting patent applications across diverse technology sectors for a range of clients. Richard holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from the University of St Andrews, where research focused on quantum correlations, and an MSci in Natural Sciences from Durham University. Early career roles included a Human Resources Assistant position at Waltham Forest Primary Care Trust and Head Researcher at Kier Asset Partnership Services.
