Yesenia Salas, SHRM-CP, serves as a People and Culture Generalist at OPB since March 2021, with prior experience as a Human Resources Specialist at Morrison Child and Family Services from March 2016 to March 2021. With a strong foundation in employee life cycle processes such as recruitment, talent sourcing, employee engagement, and employment separation, Yesenia has also provided administrative support to licensed medical professionals and presented HR webinars for the Nonprofit Association of Oregon. Additional roles include Administrative Support Specialist at Fix Auto Gresham and various positions in member services and loan processing at Pacific NW Federal Credit Union and Advantis Credit Union. Yesenia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Portland State University.
